WHEREAS, more public scrutiny is being given to the inherit dangers of immunizations;

WHEREAS, the Travis County Republican Liberty Caucus (TCRLC) has been presented a “DRAFT Resolution to Stop Mandatory Vaccinations” (included here as Addendum A), by Pierre de Rochemont, for consideration which includes many references to the current dangers of immunizations and calls for the sheriffs and governor based on the US Constitution’s 10^th Amendment to stop mandatory vaccinations possibly imposed by the UN, federal government, or other entity;

WHEREAS, immunizations can impair, limit, or end life;

WHEREAS, our right to life is unalienable and protected by the state and federal constitutions in conjunction with due process, and each person should make decisions about immunization rather than have the decision dictated by the government;

WHEREAS, it is the sworn duty of our elected officials and military to protect and defend the principles of the Texas and US Constitutions;
